TM097TDHG04-02 is a 9.7-inch liquid crystal module product of TIANMA which adopts a-Si TFT-LCD technology. It is equipped with WLED backlight, no backlight driver, no touch, and features: white LED backlight. This model is suitable for use in tablet PCs, industrial. This product uses NT51008H-D/4EH + NT39212FH-D/4ED driver IC. It was mass-produced in Q4 2016, and the current production status is in mass production.The service life of the light source is 30K hours, excluding backlight driver. TM097TDHG04-02 adopts LVDS (1 ch, 6-bit) signal interface, a total of 30 pins, connected by terminals, and the drive voltage is 3.3V (Typ.). Its typical vertical refresh rate Fv is 60Hz.
